Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field.
- Professional Engineering (PE) license preferred.
- 4+ years of experience in structural design, analysis, and project management.
- Proficiency in structural analysis software (e.g., SAP2000, ETABS, or STAAD.Pro).
- Strong knowledge of building codes, materials, and construction methods.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail.
