Job Description

We are seeking a Learning & Development Specialist to design, implement, and manage impactful training programs that enhance the skills and knowledge of our team members. As part of the Education & Training department, you’ll work closely with various departments to create tailored learning experiences that align with our organizational goals and foster a culture of continuous development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Program Development: Design, develop, and deliver engaging training programs, workshops, and e-learning modules that support employee growth in key skills.
  • Training Needs Assessment: Conduct needs assessments to identify skill gaps and recommend appropriate learning solutions.
  • Facilitation & Coaching: Lead group training sessions and one-on-one coaching, creating an interactive and positive learning environment.
  • Content Creation: Develop training materials, guides, and resources, ensuring all content is clear, accessible, and aligned with company objectives.
  • Evaluation & Reporting: Assess the effectiveness of training programs using metrics and feedback, and provide regular reports to leadership on outcomes and areas for improvement.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends in learning and development to ensure training initiatives are innovative and effective.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Education, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in learning and development, instructional design, or corporate training.
  • Strong knowledge of instructional design principles and e-learning tools (e.g., Articulate, Adobe Captivate).
  • Excellent facilitation and presentation skills, with a talent for engaging and inspiring diverse audiences.
  • Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and data analytics for tracking training outcomes.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects.
